If after 12 months of unsuccessfully ascertaining ownership of unidentified funds in an IOLTA account, the attorney may submit a completed form along with a check in the amount of the unidentified funds, made payable to the Tennessee Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection (TLFCP).
